• Full legal name as it appears on your National Identity Card (NID) or passport.
• Date of birth, collected to verify that you meet the 21+ age requirement.
• Bangladeshi mobile phone number used for account verification, OTP delivery and security alerts.
• KYC documentation including a photograph of your NID or passport and a recent selfie photograph, collected at the point of first withdrawal.
