pgkn Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User") and pgkn ("Platform", "we", "us"). They govern all use of the pgkn website at pgkn.ws, including all games, betting markets, promotions, payment services, customer support interactions and any other features offered through the platform.

By clicking "Register", "Login", "Deposit" or otherwise using the pgkn platform you confirm your acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms you must immediately cease using the platform. Continued use of pgkn following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

pgkn is accessible via pgkn.ws using any standard mobile or desktop browser. No application download is required. pgkn reserves the right to restrict, suspend or terminate access to the platform at any time and for any reason, including breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity or regulatory requirements. pgkn does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the platform and accepts no liability for losses arising from temporary unavailability due to maintenance, technical issues or circumstances beyond pgkn's reasonable control.

To register and use pgkn you must satisfy all of the following requirements at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. pgkn strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement and verifies age at registration and at the point of first withdrawal via KYC documentation.
• You are a resident of Bangladesh and are accessing pgkn from within Bangladesh. pgkn is not intended for use by residents of jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited by law.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, proxy or representative of any third party. You are not registering an account for another person.
• You have not previously been excluded from pgkn or had a pgkn account closed due to breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity or any other violation.

Each individual may hold only one pgkn account. Opening multiple accounts — whether using the same identity, different identities, different mobile numbers or different payment methods — is strictly prohibited. If pgkn identifies multiple accounts held by the same individual, all accounts may be closed, balances forfeited and any winnings voided. Players wishing to re-register after account closure due to a policy violation must contact pgkn support before opening a new account.

When registering a pgkn account you must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information. You agree to update this information promptly if any of it changes. False or misleading registration information is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance. Required information includes:

• Full legal name matching your National Identity Card (NID) or valid government-issued identification document.
• A valid Bangladeshi mobile phone number that you own and control, used for OTP verification and account security.
• Date of birth confirming you are 21 years of age or older. pgkn may request documentary proof of age at any time.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pgkn account password. You must not share your password with any other person, including pgkn support staff. pgkn will never ask for your password via any communication channel. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation you must contact pgkn support immediately and use the account security tools available in your account settings to lock the account while the matter is investigated. pgkn accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised account access where the account holder has failed to maintain adequate password security.

pgkn conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) verification as required. All players must complete KYC before making their first withdrawal. KYC requires submission of a valid government-issued photo identification document (National Identity Card or passport) and a recent self-photograph. pgkn may request additional documentation at any time, including proof of address or proof of ownership of the payment method used. Failure to complete KYC within the specified timeframe may result in withdrawal processing being paused and, in cases of suspected fraud, account suspension.

Deposits to your pgkn account may be made using the following approved payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer to supported banks including BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank and Sonali Bank. The following conditions apply to all deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction. pgkn reserves the right to set maximum deposit limits at account level based on player tier, KYC status and responsible gaming considerations.
• All deposited funds must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from payment accounts belonging to third parties are not permitted and may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending investigation.
• pgkn processes deposits in real time in most cases. Credited amounts are available for wagering immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. pgkn is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's own processing times.

Withdrawals from your pgkn account are subject to the following conditions:

• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name. pgkn will not transfer funds to third-party accounts under any circumstances. Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 15 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals to supported banks are typically processed within the same business day.
• All players must complete KYC verification before their first withdrawal is processed. Players who have not completed KYC will have withdrawal requests held until the required documentation is submitted and verified.
• pgkn reserves the right to conduct additional checks on withdrawal requests where there is reason to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering or breach of these Terms. Such checks may delay withdrawal processing. pgkn will communicate the reason for any delay to the affected player via the registered contact method.

The following general conditions apply to all bonuses, free spins, cashback offers and other promotions offered by pgkn unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion's terms:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players only. A player must have a verified pgkn account in good standing to claim any bonus. pgkn reserves the right to exclude any player from a specific promotion at its sole discretion.
• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement unless explicitly stated as a no-wagering promotion. The applicable wagering requirement (rollover) will be specified in each promotion's individual terms. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds may not be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been satisfied in full.
• Bonuses have an expiry period from the date of issue. Unused bonus credit and any winnings attributed to bonus credit that expire before the wagering requirement is met will be removed from the player's account automatically.
• pgkn reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time. Where a bonus has already been claimed and is in active use, pgkn will honour the bonus under the terms in force at the time of claiming, except where the player has breached these Terms.

pgkn employs detection systems to identify bonus abuse, including but not limited to: claiming the same promotion multiple times via different accounts; coordinated wagering with other players to meet rollover requirements without genuine risk; use of automated tools or bots to complete wagering requirements; and structuring deposits and withdrawals to extract bonus value without genuine play. Where pgkn determines that bonus abuse has occurred it reserves the right to void all bonus funds and associated winnings, close the account and report the activity to relevant authorities where required by applicable law.

You must not engage in any of the following activities while using pgkn:

• Providing false, inaccurate or misleading information during registration, KYC verification or at any other point during your use of pgkn, including misrepresenting your age, identity or country of residence.
• Using software, bots, scripts, algorithms or automated tools of any kind to interact with pgkn games or betting markets, gain an unfair advantage, manipulate game outcomes, or complete wagering requirements artificially.
• Engaging in any activity that constitutes money laundering, terrorist financing or any other activity prohibited under applicable Bangladeshi law, including using pgkn to process, transfer or conceal funds derived from unlawful activity.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game or betting market, including match-fixing, chip dumping in poker-style games, or coordinating live bet placements to guarantee outcomes across accounts.
• Attempting to access the pgkn platform through technical means that circumvent normal browser-based access, including reverse engineering, scraping, exploiting bugs or security vulnerabilities, or attempting to access administrative or back-end systems.

pgkn reserves the right to take any or all of the following actions upon detection of prohibited conduct: immediate account suspension pending investigation; permanent account closure; forfeiture of account balance, bonus funds and pending withdrawals; reporting of the activity to relevant authorities where required by law; and civil or criminal referral where the conduct constitutes a criminal offence under applicable Bangladeshi or international law. These actions are in addition to, and not in place of, any legal remedies available to pgkn.

pgkn provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible directly within account settings without the need to contact support:

• Deposit limits: set a daily, weekly or monthly maximum deposit amount. Reductions take effect immediately. Increases are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Session time limits: set a maximum session length after which you will be automatically logged out and must re-authenticate to continue playing.
• Loss limits: set a daily, weekly or monthly maximum loss cap. Once the cap is reached further wagering is prevented until the limit period resets.
• Self-exclusion: request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion via account settings or by contacting pgkn support. Temporary self-exclusion may be set for 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days or 90 days. Permanent self-exclusion is irreversible. During any self-exclusion period pgkn will take reasonable steps to prevent the excluded player from opening a new account.

pgkn strictly prohibits use of the platform by individuals under 21 years of age. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a minor has accessed pgkn using your device or account, contact pgkn support immediately. pgkn recommends that parents and guardians use parental control software to restrict access to gambling websites on shared devices. pgkn cooperates fully with any investigation by relevant authorities relating to underage access to its platform.

All content on the pgkn platform — including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, text, logos, software, game interfaces, promotional materials and data — is the exclusive property of pgkn or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the pgkn platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You must not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, reverse engineer or otherwise exploit any content from the pgkn platform without the express prior written consent of pgkn.

pgkn does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, error-free or uninterrupted. The platform may be subject to scheduled maintenance, emergency maintenance, third-party service outages or events beyond pgkn's control. pgkn will use reasonable efforts to notify players of planned maintenance in advance. pgkn accepts no liability for losses, including winnings that could not be collected, bets that could not be placed, or wagering requirements that could not be completed, arising from platform unavailability for any reason.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pgkn's total aggregate liability to any player arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the pgkn platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the liability claim. pgkn shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special or punitive damages, including loss of profit, loss of data or loss of opportunity, even if pgkn has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits pgkn's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

pgkn reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, pgkn will notify players via a notice on the platform and, where reasonably practicable, by direct communication to the registered contact method. The amended Terms will take effect from the date specified in the notice. Continued use of pgkn after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to an amendment you must cease using pgkn and may close your account and withdraw any available balance prior to the effective date.

You may close your pgkn account at any time by contacting pgkn support. Upon account closure at your request, any verified balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirement) will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable processing time. pgkn may terminate your account without prior notice if you are found to have breached these Terms, provided false information, engaged in fraudulent or prohibited conduct, or if pgkn is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory requirement. In the event of termination for cause, pgkn reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation.

If you are not satisfied with pgkn's response to a complaint you may escalate the matter by recontacting pgkn support and requesting that the complaint be reviewed at a senior level. pgkn is committed to resolving all disputes fairly and transparently in accordance with these Terms.
